Tricia Frey will join other local authors for Authors in the Garden, presented by The Botanic Garden at Historic Barns Park and Traverse Area District Library, to read from her book, Sheldon’s Journey: The Story of a Sweet-Natured Dog in Search of His True Home. Pack a picnic lunch and bring the whole family for a fun-filled morning of storytime and music at the Garden! Celebrated local children's authors will be stationed at various garden spaces throughout the Garden’s grounds and will read their children’s books over the course of the morning. After the stories, head over to the Pavilion to enjoy family-friendly music, geared to preschool and early elementary audiences.
